What software do you use for capture and what do you use for mixing the video ? I personnally use CamStudio for capture or Fraps and i use Vegas 6.0 for mixing the video

Secondly, I recorded with fraps the image quality i could get it was that because for some reason it didn't do better it could be down to formatting it i just needed it to be the right size for google.

I used: Fraps and Windows Movie Editor, yes it's lame but got nothing else to use, Plus it limits the effects i could use

need also a good graphique card because those softs are greedy ... if not enough memory ... the solution is Fraps and Movie Maker ..... unfortunatly ....
