i play a lot of fieldhockey, but i also like to do running and cycling (mountainbiking)

I do free-ride(10 years), tae-kwondo(15 years), 20 km bicycle every 2 days, swimming , eating healthy (garden), etc ... don't worry for me dude I take care of myself.... Cool

I only play hockey 3 times a week and cycle like.. 4 or 5 km a day Razz

I like swimming too but not when it's cold, in the summer i also surf on waves Razz
